Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHCHD4P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHCHD4P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CHCHD4P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHCHD4P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, MESO, and BLCA are the cancer types where CHCHD4P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
