CHCHD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 753 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-77P, ZNHIT3, and IGKV2-40. Each is linked with CHCHD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD4-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-77P grouped by CHCHD4-low versus CHCHD4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
