CHCHD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHCHD4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 260 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF6, NUFIP1, and SLC27A5. Each is linked with CHCHD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD4-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF6 grouped by CHCHD4-low versus CHCHD4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
