CHCHD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF6P1, RNA5SP423, and H3P35. Each is linked with CHCHD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD3-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRSF6P1 grouped by CHCHD3-low versus CHCHD3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
