Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHCHD2P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHCHD2P6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CHCHD2P6 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHCHD2P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, PAAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where CHCHD2P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
