CHCHD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER2_pY1248, JNK2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with CHCHD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD2-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER2_pY1248 grouped by CHCHD2-low versus CHCHD2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
