Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHCHD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,025 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic mismatch repair, 2'-deoxyribonucleotide metabolic process, and Ceramide 1-phosphate transport. Each is linked with CHCHD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD2-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD2 results are reported.
