CHCHD10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHCHD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,414 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPREB3, ATP5F1D, and PPARGC1B. Each is linked with CHCHD10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD10-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD10 versus VPREB3 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
