CHCHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,710 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIFBP, HNRNPF, and DNAJB12. Each is linked with CHCHD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD1 versus KIFBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
