Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,619 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHCHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX5A, ADAMTS10, and MCRIP2. Each is linked with CHCHD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD1 versus COX5A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
