CHAF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHAF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,240 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOT1L, PTBP1, and ILF3. Each is linked with CHAF1A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAF1A-to-partner and partner-to-CHAF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A versus DOT1L in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
