Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CH25H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CH25H data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CH25H Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CH25H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and SKCM are the cancer types where CH25H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
