CGREF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGREF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,080 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGREF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, ZNF77, and VWC2L-IT1. Each is linked with CGREF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGREF1-to-partner and partner-to-CGREF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by CGREF1-low versus CGREF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGREF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGREF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
