CGNL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CGNL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINB11, OR10AG1, and PNLIPRP3. Each is linked with CGNL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGNL1-to-partner and partner-to-CGNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB11 grouped by CGNL1-low versus CGNL1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
