Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,236 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with CGB2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGB2-to-partner and partner-to-CGB2 results are reported.
