Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL21P66, RNU6-1170P, and RNA5SP437. Each is linked with CGB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGB2-to-partner and partner-to-CGB2 results are reported.
