CGAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,929 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF267, FAM102B, and OSTM1. Each is linked with CGAS in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGAS-to-partner and partner-to-CGAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CGAS versus ZNF267 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
