CGAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,552 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FMNL1, NADK, and ITGB2. Each is linked with CGAS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGAS-to-partner and partner-to-CGAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CGAS versus FMNL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
