CGAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,003 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR2, AQP9, and FCAR. Each is linked with CGAS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGAS-to-partner and partner-to-CGAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CGAS versus FPR2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
