CGAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CGAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF9, GSG1L2, and RASGEF1C. Each is linked with CGAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGAS-to-partner and partner-to-CGAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF9 grouped by CGAS-low versus CGAS-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
