CFTR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,225 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFTR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CFTR_S737, SMPD3_S209, and CTTNBP2_S1524. Each is linked with CFTR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFTR-to-partner and partner-to-CFTR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFTR versus CFTR_S737 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
