CFP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1, OR10A4, and OR4F21. Each is linked with CFP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFP-to-partner and partner-to-CFP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSGN1 grouped by CFP-low versus CFP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
