Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFLAR-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,138 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFLAR-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMIP, SRPK2, and DPP4. Each is linked with CFLAR-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFLAR-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CFLAR-AS1 results are reported.
