Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CFLAR-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CFLAR-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CFLAR-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CFLAR-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CFLAR-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
