CFHR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFHR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFHR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7A10, LEFTY2, and CRYGD. Each is linked with CFHR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFHR5-to-partner and partner-to-CFHR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7A10 grouped by CFHR5-low versus CFHR5-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFHR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFHR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
