CFHR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf95, RUBCN, and DCP1A. Each is linked with CFHR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFHR2-to-partner and partner-to-CFHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf95 grouped by CFHR2-low versus CFHR2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
