CFHR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP29, DEFB125, and ENPP7. Each is linked with CFHR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFHR2-to-partner and partner-to-CFHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP29 grouped by CFHR2-low versus CFHR2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
