CFH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,416 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFH-associated genes across cancer lineages are SASS6, CENPE, and CCNA2. Each is linked with CFH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFH-to-partner and partner-to-CFH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SASS6 grouped by CFH-low versus CFH-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
