CFH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFH-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CFH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFH-to-partner and partner-to-CFH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CFH-low versus CFH-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
