CFH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 333 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C70, CCNC, and TPO. Each is linked with CFH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFH-to-partner and partner-to-CFH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C70 grouped by CFH-low versus CFH-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
