CFC1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFC1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERC2, AHR, and ERBB3. Each is linked with CFC1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFC1B-to-partner and partner-to-CFC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HERC2 grouped by CFC1B-low versus CFC1B-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
