CFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP275, HMGB1P42, and MIR6811. Each is linked with CFC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFC1-to-partner and partner-to-CFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP275 grouped by CFC1-low versus CFC1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
