CFB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,645 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP14, DTX3L, and PARP9. Each is linked with CFB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFB-to-partner and partner-to-CFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFB versus PARP14 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
