CFAP97

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP97 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,196 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP97-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, DCTD, and ZNF330. Each is linked with CFAP97 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP97-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP97 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP97 versus HPF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP97→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP97) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
