CFAP97

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP97 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP97-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4662B, CCL27, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with CFAP97 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP97-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP97 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4662B grouped by CFAP97-low versus CFAP97-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP97→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP97) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
