CFAP97

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP97 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP97-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with CFAP97 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP97-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP97 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CFAP97-low versus CFAP97-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP97→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP97) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
