CFAP74

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP74 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP74-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH6, ADGB, and LRRC6. Each is linked with CFAP74 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP74-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP74 versus DNAH6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP74→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
