CFAP70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP70 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,768 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, RPS29P32, and PPM1G. Each is linked with CFAP70 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP70-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP198 grouped by CFAP70-low versus CFAP70-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
