CFAP70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP70 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are Claudin-7, TFRC, and Heregulin. Each is linked with CFAP70 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP70-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Claudin-7 grouped by CFAP70-low versus CFAP70-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
