CFAP69

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,314 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP69-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHP1, CCDC191, and STEAP2. Each is linked with CFAP69 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP69-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP69 versus NPHP1 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP69→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
