Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP69 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP69-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNFN, NFKB1, and SCN7A. Each is linked with CFAP69 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP69-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP69 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP69 versus CNFN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP69→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
