CFAP69

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP69 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP69-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS15, IGLV3-10, and IFI30. Each is linked with CFAP69 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP69-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS15 grouped by CFAP69-low versus CFAP69-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP69→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
