CFAP52

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP52 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,527 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP52-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH4A, C6orf118, and MUC5B. Each is linked with CFAP52 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP52-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP52 versus RSPH4A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP52→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
