CFAP52

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP52 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP52-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK2, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with CFAP52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP52-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CFAP52-low versus CFAP52-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP52→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
