CFAP52

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP52-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PC2, OR1C1, and BOD1L2. Each is linked with CFAP52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP52-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PC2 grouped by CFAP52-low versus CFAP52-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP52→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
