CFAP47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP47-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAPCD2, MCMBP, and CCT7. Each is linked with CFAP47 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP47-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAPCD2 grouped by CFAP47-low versus CFAP47-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP47→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
