Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP44-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,776 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP44-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG9_S332, ZNF148, and TPD52L2_S166. Each is linked with CFAP44-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP44-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP44-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP44-AS1 versus SPAG9_S332 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
