The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher CFAP299 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CFAP299 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
PAAD, LUSC, and HNSC are the cancer types where CFAP299 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
