Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CFAP298-TCP10L RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CFAP298-TCP10L data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CFAP298-TCP10L RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CFAP298-TCP10L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and THCA show a favorable association.
LUAD, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where CFAP298-TCP10L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
