CFAP20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,735 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, CIAPIN1, and CSNK2A2. Each is linked with CFAP20 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP20-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP20 versus DHX38 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
